ENJOY A MONGO DRINK DAN:


                        MANGO LASSI WITH MINT by CHEF DAN:

Serves 2

 

DIRECTIONS:

1 chopped mango, (peeled and stone removed)

1 cup low-fat plain yogurt

1-cup ice

1 cup low-fat milk

1-1/2-tablespoon honey

1/2-teaspoons vanilla

1/4-teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/teaspoons ground cardamom

Mint leaves for garnish

 

DIRECTIONS;

1.   In a blend, combine all ingredients except mint.

2.   Blend until smooth.

3.   Pour into 2 glassed and garnish with mint.
