CANLIS' SHRIMP (COPY CAT RECIPE) ENJOY DAN:

                    CANLIS’ SHRIMP (COPY CAT RECIPE) by CHEF DAN:
Serves 8

INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds large shrimp in shell
1 OZ. butter
1 OZ. olive oil
1/2-teaspoon pepper
2 OZ. dry vermouth
1/2-lemon juiced
1/2-teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Blend oil and butter in a large skillet.
2.   Add shrimp, salt and pepper. (Be generous with salt in this dish).
3.   Cook until golden red and well done.
4.   Raise fire to very hot; add lemon juice and vermouth and cook 1 minute.
5.   Stirring or shaking constantly.
6.   Serve as entrée or appetizer.
