EASY OVERNIGHT NO BAKE OATMEAL WITH FRUIT ENJOY DAN:

EASY OVERNIGHT NO BAKE OATMEAL WITH FRUIT by CHEF DAN:
Serves 4 

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups regular rolled oats
1 cup Silk Almond milk
1/4-cup honey
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon EACH Chia seeds, and sunflower seeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoon honey
1 tart apple, thinly sliced
3/4-cup walnuts
1 cup fresh raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Stir together oats, and next 7 ingredients.
2.   Place all 6 ingredients in a Mason jar with a lid.
3.   Cover and shake until ingredients are combined.
4.   Gently stir in all berries and refrigerate overnight.
5.   The next day stir in the apple slice and walnuts.
