GREEN BEANS FROM THE KATZAKIAN GARDEN

INGREDIENTS:
1-1/2-pounds
fresh green beans (timed)
6
crimini mushrooms, sliced
1/2-onion,
sliced
4
cloves garlic, minced
1
tablespoon lemon juice
1
tablespoon sesame oil
2
tablespoons soy sauce
2
teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
DIRECTIONS:
1.
In
a dry skillet toast sesame seeds until they pop.
2.
Remove
and let cool and place a spice grinder, grind until smooth.
3.
In
a skillet add oil and when sizzling.
4.
Add
onions and sauté for 3-44 minutes.
5.
Add
green beans and garlic and sauté for 5 minutes.
6.
Add
mushrooms lemon juice and soy sauce.
7.
Sauté
for 3-4 minutes or until everything is tender crisp.
8.
Top
with roasted sesame seeds.
