CLASSIC BLOODY MARY WITH SUN GOLDEN TOMATOES ENJOY DAN:

CLASSIC BLOODY MARY WITH SUN GOLDEN TOMATOES by CHEF DAN:
Serves 8

JUICE:
4 pound sun golden tomatoes, quarter
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 cup pickle juice
3/4-cup spicy tomato vegetable juice (V8)
 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon lemon-pepper
1/2-teaspoon Old Bay
3 dashed Tabasco Smoked Chipotle sauce

THE COCKTAILS:
I cup vodka
1 pint tomato juice mixture

DIRECTIONS FOR JUICE:
1.   Puree tomatoes and salt in a blender.
2.   Blend until smooth.
3.   Place in a pitcher, cover and chill for 1 hour.
4.   Strain mixture through a mesh sieve into a bowl.
5.   Get as liquid as you can should be about 5 cups; discard solids.
6.   Add pickle juice and next 5 ingredients.
7.   Stir to combine; chill until ready to serve.

ASSEMBLY:
1.   Stir tomato juice just to combine.
2.   Fill each glass with ice and 1/8-cup vodka, then top off 2/3-cup juice.
3.   Serve with a celery stalk and Tabasco alongside.
