AUTHENTIC INDIAN MANGO CHUNDO SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE CHICKEN TENDERS ENJOY DAN:

AUTHENTIC INDIAN MANGO CHUNDO SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE CHICKEN IN THE CROCK POT.                                                                         By CHEF DAN:
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:
3 boneless skinless chicken tenders
2 (12.3 Oz) jar of shredded mango Chundo sweet & spicy sauce
1 onion, chopped
3 carrots, peeled and sliced
1 red bell pepper,
3 garlic cloves, minced


DIRECTIONS:
1.   Place onion, carrots, bell pepper, and chicken in the crock pot.
2.   Pour Mango Chundo Sweet & Sour sauce over the vegetables and chicken.
3.   Stir the  garlic into the crock-pot.
4.   Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
5.   Serves over jasmine rice or rice noodles.
