CHICKEN
BREAST STRIPS WITH PASTA AND BERDENE’S MARINARA SAUCE

INGREDIENTS:
2
skinless, boneless chicken breast cut into 1/2-strips
2
tablespoons olive oil
1(16
Oz) package Berdene’s homemade marinara sauce
1
(16 Oz) package pasta or spiral noodles
3
tablespoon Parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS:
1.
Cook
pasta according to package directions.
2.
Drain
and set aside.
3.
Season
chicken strips with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
4.
Add
oil in a skillet over medium-high heat when sizzling,
5.
Add
cook chicken strips, stirring for 3-4 minutes or until cooked through,
6.
Reduce heat to medium and add marinara sauce
and simmer for 5-6 minutes.
7.
Add
cooked pasta and heat through.
8.
Serve
on serving plate and top with Parmesan cheese.
