TOMATO-MANGO SAUCE GOOD ON A LOT OF THINGS: ENJOY DAN:


                  MANGO SAUCE CHUTNEY FOR HAMBERGERS by CHEF DAN:
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:

1/2-cup tomatoes, chopped
1/2-cup mango, chopped
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2-cup low-fat Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons fresh oregano
2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
2 teaspoons sweet chili sauce

DIRECTIONS:

TO MAKE THE CHUTNEY:
1.     Mix the tomatoes, mango, and basil in a bowl, set aside.
2.     Combine sugar, lime juice, yogurt. oregano, and sweet chili sauce.
3.     In a blender, blend until smooth.
4.     Toss the tomato-mango mixture with the yogurt dressing.
5.     Refrigerate until ready to serve.
